- Account details — your name and email address when you register.
- Documents & scans — the images you scan or upload and the OCR text extracted from them.
- Corrections — edits you make to extracted text, used to improve OCR accuracy.
- Technical data — basic logs such as IP address, device/browser type and timestamps, for security and reliability.
- Messages — anything you send us via the contact form or by email.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the core service — scanning, OCR, document storage and export.
- To improve OCR accuracy across our apps. Corrections are used as patterns to make extraction better; we do not use the content of your private documents for any other purpose.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your enquiries.
3. How we store & protect it
Your data is stored on our own private servers (a dedicated VPS we control) — it is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Connections are encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Each app's data is kept separate. We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
4. Your rights
- Access & export — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion — delete your account and associated documents at any time.

5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the apps. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
