These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and services provided by MateApps.cloud ("we", "us", "our"), including DocMate, RunMate and TruePin. By creating an account or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We provide document scanning, OCR text extraction, delivery assistance and address-mapping tools. Some apps or features may be labelled "coming soon" and may not yet be available.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the apps for any unlawful purpose or to process content you have no right to.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not upload malicious files or infringe the rights of others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, running OCR and generating exports). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
5. OCR accuracy
OCR and automated extraction are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors. Always review important extracted information before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
